Quilted both sides with a rugged exterior grade facing and grommet holes around the perimeter of each blanket at regular intervals for ease of installation with nylon zip ties, tie wire or mechanical fasteners to your fence or support structure.  The blankets significantly reduce construction site noise for work near sound sensitive areas such as housing additions, offices, condos and apartments.
