Boltmakers and Cold Header Sound Enclosures

Boltmakes and Cold Headers produce a lot of noise and smoke.  Customers walking through your facility can see the smog at the ceiling deck, slip on the mist collected on the floor, and hear all of the boltmakers chugging awake.  This is a safety problem on many levels for clients and their employees.  Sound enclosures are an excellent solution to noise control and mist.  This is accomplished by fully enclosing the boltmaker and installing a mist collection system.

The boltmakers also require free access to many areas of the equipment for maintenance and operation.  For example, loading the material, pointer areas, dies, flywheels, motors, belts, and the entire back of the equipment.  We have a modular sound enclosure system that will contain the noise and smoke and provide access to all areas of the equipment via doors, removable panels, and windows.  The sound enclosure is constructed of a stand-alone frame and acoustical panels.  All wall and roof panels are removable for major maintenance.  Call eNoise Control to discuss your cold heading application.
